For the Chantilly Cream: In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, combine the rest of the heavy cream, confectionersâ sugar, and vanilla. Whisk until firm peaks develop, being careful not to overmix.
To Assemble: Place 1 biscuit on a plate and lightly brush the top side of the biscuit with the honey-ginger mixture. Next, place 3â4 pieces of the whole, grilled strawberries on top of the biscuit. Add a dollop of Chantilly cream, then cap with another biscuit.
If desired, top off with more Chantilly cream. Devour.
